vegan chocolate peanut butter banana bread. (best breakfast ever)
* 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (I got mine at a local health food store, vegan)
* 3/4 cup Brown Sugar or Raw Cane Sugar
* 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
* 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
* 1/4 teaspoon Salt
* 1 cup Mashed Bananas (about 2 medium size)
* 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
* 1/2 cup Almond Milk (soy or coconut milk works too)
* 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
* 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
* 2 tablespoons Water
* 3/4 cup Vegan or Carob Chocolate Chips
when mixing, mix all of the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and then add it to the dry ingredients bowl.
(first put in the almond milk in one bowl, then add the apple cider vingear and let it sit for five minutes. then mash up the banana’s and then add it to the almond milk/apple cider bowl. Once mixed up, add the wet bowl to the the dry ingredients bowl and mix it all together. )
pre heat oven to 350. make sure to use parachment paper in the pan or oil the pan before putting in the oven to avoiding sticking (you can use baking spray canola oil) . Loaf pan works great. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool for 10-15.
